We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States โ no order minimums, no gimmicks. Just one more way we keep things simple (and Frenchie-friendly).
Each item is made to order just for you! This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer more designs โ but it also means your order may take a little longer to arrive than mass-produced items.
- Fulfillment times:
- Apparel: 2โ7 business days
- Non-apparel (e.g., mugs, phone cases): 2โ5 business days
- Shipping time (U.S.): 3โ4 business days
- Total delivery time: Usually 5โ11 business days
Where we ship from:
Your order will ship from the fulfillment center best suited to deliver it quickly. Our production partners have facilities in multiple regions to ensure faster service.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Youโll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
You can also visit our Track My Order page to check your shipment status anytime.
๐ฌ Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If your order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, youโll be responsible for the reshipping cost once we confirm an updated address.
Unclaimed packages that are returned may also incur reshipment fees.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyerโs remorse
- Wrong size or color ordered
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, weโll make it right.

- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos
